Welcome to the High School English Teacher Summer Summit (“Website”), operated by A Better Way To Teach LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this Website and your participation in the Conference (the “Event”), including any related content, products, or services.

By accessing this Website or registering for the Event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or participate in the Event.

1. Overview of Services

The Website provides access to a free virtual event and optional paid upgrades, including the All Access Pass (“AAP”), as well as related educational materials.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Event, Website, or offerings at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) to use this Website or purchase any products.

 

3. Event Access and Availability

Free Event Access

  • Sessions are available for a limited time during the Event.

  • Each session will be available for approximately 12 hours unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to modify the schedule, availability, or speakers at any time.

All Access Pass (AAP)

  • The AAP provides extended access to Event content and additional resources.

  • “Ongoing access” means access will remain available for 1 year from the start of the conference

  • We do not guarantee lifetime access

  • As an All-Access Pass Holder you agree to not share the site with others

General Access Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:

  • Temporary platform outages

  • Speaker cancellations or substitutions

  • Changes to content or scheduling

4. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
